Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Trim Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with high-end materials and finishes, possessing a strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:

Install trim, molding, and other finish carpentry elements according to construction documents and specifications

Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials
-
Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure timely project completion
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area
-
Follow safety protocols and adhere to building codes and regulations
Requirements:

Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment
-
Ability to interpret construction documents and technical drawings
-
Strong attention to detail and precision
-
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from job sites

Eligibility to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or vocational training in carpentry

Prior experience working on high-end residential or country club projects
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects by performing various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites
Load and unload materials and equipment
Operate hand and power tools as needed
Perform demolition, excavation, and site preparation tasks
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:

Previous experience in construction or a related field preferred but not required

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in various weather conditions

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from job sites

Eligibility to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
OSHA 10 or 30-hour construction safety certification
